Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking a Mobile Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical) to oversee multiple sites in the South-West region, including Bristol and Cardiff. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure high service delivery, safety, and compliance.

The role requires fault-finding expertise, PPM scheduling to SFG20, and the ability to manage reactive repairs and small projects. The position offers a salary up to £50,000, 25 days holiday, pension, private medical insurance, and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic systems.
• Experience carrying out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
• Experience supervising reactive repairs and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians delivering high service across sites.
• Manage PPMs and meet SLA targets.
• Maintain backlog of PPM tasks and complete reactive work promptly.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attend client calls and meetings and follow up actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team members.
• Carry out risk assessments, log books, and safety audits.
