Job summary

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a Trainee / Improver Smart Repair Technician to join our mobile team across Oxford, Reading and Slough. The role offers a £35,000 basic salary plus bonus with OTE £40,000+, a fully equipped company van and 25 days holiday, plus a pension and training.

You’ll learn SMART repairs, dent and scratch repair, alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic vehicle repairs, while delivering great service at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in vehicle body repair or cosmetic repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to learn and develop
