Job summary

Glen Callum Associates is seeking a Smart Repair Technician - Improver / Trainee for a mobile role across Oxford, Reading and Slough. Salary £35,000 basic + Bonus with OTE £40,000+ and a fully equipped company van.

This is a hands-on, field-based position aimed at developing you into a skilled Mobile Smart Repair Technician. You’ll receive full training, ongoing mentoring and a clear career path as you learn SMART repairs, dent and scratch repair, wheel refurbishment and cosmetic vehicle work at

Qualifications

• Basic experience in vehicle body repair or cosmetic repairs
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good customer service skills
• A Full UK Driving Licence
