Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Mobile SMART Repairer to service customer vehicles at homes and workplaces around Thurrock, Essex. The role covers SMART repairs like bumper stripping, plastic repairs and touch-ups, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will operate with a company van, tools provided, and flexible Monday–Friday hours with optional Saturday shifts. A full UK licence is required for independent field work and driving between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Mobile Body Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Good organisation skills and ability to work independently.
• Versatile skills in car repairs, including bumper repairs and touch-ups.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Repairing customer vehicles at locations such as homes and workplaces.
• Conducting SMART repairs, including bumper stripping, plastic repairs and touch-ups.
• Maintaining high repair quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Managing repairs efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Providing excellent customer service during site visits and repairs.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Mobile SMART Repairerbased in Thurrock, Essex. • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Saturday shifts (alternate Saturday mornings or 1 in 4 full Saturdays)
• Tools provided, with permission to use personal hand tools for certain repairs

• Repairing customer vehicles at their locations, including homes and workplaces
• Conducting SMART repairs, such as bumper stripping and fitting, plastic repairs, and touch-ups
• Maintaining high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring work complies with health and safety regulations as theMobile SMART Repairer
• Managing repairs efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations
• Providing excellent customer service during site visits and repairs
