This Mobile Repair Technician / Mobile Cosmetic Repair Technician role:

• Salary of up to £40k + Bonus (Realistic OT £50K +)
• 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Repair Technician / Mobile Cosmetic Repair Technician to join a leading Bodyshop in the Southampton area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bumper and trim repairs
• Examine vehicles to identify additional work for repair
• Document all work performed, ensuring times are recorded accurately and within agreed time frames
• Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
• Spray paint vehicles
• Perform quality checks
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and maintain a tidy workstation

Minimum requirements:

• Ideally, you will be an experienced repairer or an experienced Paint Sprayer with a settled career in a Bodyshop environment, demonstrating a hands-on and focus-driven approach.
• The candidate should be enthusiastic and driven, capable of delivering high-quality work consistently.
• This position requires attention to detail and high standards at all times.
