Job summary

Vertu Cosmetic Repair - Grantham is seeking a Mobile SMART Repair Technician to support our dealerships across the Grantham area. You will provide professional cosmetic repairs on-site, including preparation work, local paintwork and wheel refurbishment, with a focus on right-first-time outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold City & Guilds or NVQ qualifications and have experience repairing multiple vehicle makes, delivering precise results within tight deadlines.

Vertu Cosmetic Repair - Grantham

Due to internal promotion, at Vertu Motors PLC we are looking to recruit a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, to be based across our dealerships in the Grantham area. This is a key position which has a major part in achieving our success, by providing a professional 'right first-time repairs' to our customers and dealerships.

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to£47,000

This position is to fulfil dealership requirements, and to carry out any scheduled repairs that have been pre-arranged. This role will involve carrying out preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on vehicles, to name but a few of the tasks.

In order to be successful for this role you will be an experienced SMART Repair Technician and will possess all relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ). Ideally you will be experienced in the repair of all makes of vehicles, be proficient and accurate, with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines. You will be able to work within guidelines ensuring 'right first-time repairs'.
