Job summary

Vertu Motors plc seeks a Mobile SMART Repair Technician to be based across our Birmingham & West Midlands dealerships. You will perform professional, right-first-time cosmetic repairs to customers' vehicles, contributing to service levels across multiple sites.

The role requires City & Guilds or NVQ qualifications and experience in repairing various vehicle makes. A competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £47,000 is offered, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced SMART Repair Technician with relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ).
• Ideally experienced in repair of all vehicle makes, proficient and accurate, able to meet deadlines and guidelines for right first-time repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled repairs across our Birmingham & West Midlands dealerships.
• Perform preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels.

Vertu Cosmetic Repair - Birmingham & West Midlands Region. Due to internal promotion, at Vertu Motors PLC we are looking to recruit a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, to be based across our dealerships in the Birmingham & West Midlands area. This is a key position which has a major part in achieving our success, by providing a professional 'right first-time repairs' to our customers and dealerships.

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £47,000

This position is to fulfil dealership requirements, and to carry out any scheduled repairs that have been pre-arranged. This role will involve carrying out preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on vehicles, to name but a few of the tasks.

In order to be successful for this role you will be an experienced SMART Repair Technician and will possess all relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ). Ideally you will be experienced in the repair of all makes of vehicles, be proficient and accurate, with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines. You will be able to work within guidelines ensuring 'right first-time repairs'.
