Perfect Placement is recruiting a SMART Repairer for a reputable dealership in Maidstone, Kent. The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £34,000 with potential total earnings to £40,000 OTE in a quality automotive environment.

You will perform cosmetic repairs, work within a professional team, and follow manufacturer standards to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety. The position is Monday to Friday, with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician or Bodyshop Technician with cosmetic repairs.
• Knowledge of accident or cosmetic vehicle repair processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Compliant with health and safety regulations including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
• Perform multi-skilled Smart Repair tasks across various vehicle models per manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate closely with skilled Bodyshop Technicians to ensure repair excellence.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE during all repair processes.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and high standards of quality and safety standards.
