A global technology firm based in London is seeking a Mobile Service Technician (MST). The successful candidate will assist with cash removal at ATMs, deliver parts to engineers, and manage stock control while following security protocols. Candidates should possess a valid SIA license, a full UK driving license, and strong geographical knowledge. Training will be provided, and the role includes travel and light maintenance tasks.

Job Title: Mobile Service Technician (MST)
Location: London, UK (West London)
Salary: £30,500.00 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
In this role, you’ll meet engineers at security sites to remove cash, following strict security protocols. You’ll also deliver large parts directly to engineers on-site and assist them during service visits. Alongside this, you’ll handle minor faults - such as clearing card reader issues, fixing printer faults, resolving note jams etc.
Attend high security sites to assist with ATM cash removal, wearing appropriate security gear and following all procedures.
Carry and deliver parts to engineers on-site, assisting as needed.
Manage stock control: return used parts, order replacements, and maintain inventory.
Handle low-level maintenance requests (P1, P4) independently.
Handle non-engineering tickets (e.g., BT meets, locksmiths, alarm handovers).
Occasionally travel longer distances to collect larger parts.
Comply with NCR Atleos Security Policy, MST duress policy, and all current security protocols.
Full training and equipment will be provided.
Hold a valid SIA license or be available to attend training: 1 week in Rotherham (SIA) and 2 weeks in Dundee.
Strong local geographical knowledge.
Full UK driving license required; must be comfortable driving a large van.
Willingness to travel long distances.
Basic fault-finding skills: experience with electronics or mechanical devices is a plus.
Previous experience in service engineering or CVIT roles desirable.
Some heavy lifting required.
Strong administrative and communication skills.
