Job summary

Real World Services Limited is recruiting Mobile Security Officers to patrol Poole and surrounding Dorset, from our Poole base. You will safeguard client assets, monitor activity, and respond to incidents during 13‑hour night shifts, operating in a 4 on 4 off pattern with overtime available.

This PAYE role requires a valid SIA license; prior security experience helps but is not essential. You will use basic mobile handheld tech, follow strict uniform guidelines, and report to the Head of

Role Overview:
