Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Mobile School Caretaker to maintain and secure our school buildings in Swindon. This full-time role covers preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security, with a 6:30 AM–6:00 PM shift.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with service providers. You will join our Facilities Management team and help create safe, welcoming environments while adhering to health & safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to follow security procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on school buildings and facilities.
• Ensure security and access control of premises.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as per schedule.
• Assist external service providers and liaise on site when needed.
• Respond to emergencies and carry out temporary or permanent fixes.
• Participate in preventative maintenance per school schedules.
