Pinnacle Group are looking for a Mobile Caretaker to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained, secure, fully functional and Health & Safety compliant. In this role, you will provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to a high standard throughout the patch of schools in Exeter.
Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors.We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
This is a mobile role requiring travel between six school sites across Exeter. The position is full-time and operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 6:00am to 2:00pm and 10:00am to 6:00pm. A company vehicle will be provided for business use.
