Vertas is seeking a Mobile School Chef to join our catering team across Sutton in Ashfield and surrounding areas. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, 39.2 weeks per year, leading kitchen operations and delivering high quality meals and service at multiple sites.
Flexibility to travel within Nottinghamshire is required; you will cover local sites in turn, maintain food safety standards, supervise colleagues, and support the catering operation with accurate record

Based across Sutton in Ashfield and the surrounding areas, you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in supporting multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards. As a mobile role, we will aim to allocate cover within your local area and surrounding locations wherever possible, although flexibility to travel across Nottinghamshire will be required.
