Vertas is seeking a Mobile School Chef to join our Catering Team across Beeston and the surrounding areas. This part-time role covers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, across 39.2 weeks per year, with travel to multiple school sites as required.
The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations, prepare nutritious meals, ensure food safety, manage stock and support catering colleagues across sites while delivering high standards of service.

Based across Beeston and the surrounding areas, you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in supporting multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards. As a mobile role, we will aim to allocate cover within your local area and surrounding locations wherever possible, although flexibility to travel across Nottinghamshire will be required.
