Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to lead catering operations across Sutton-in-Ashfield and surrounding areas. You will oversee kitchen activities, ensure high quality food and service, and support multiple sites in a mobile capacity.
The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel between sites and flexibility to cover surrounding locations as required. Strong leadership, food safety, and customer service are essential.

You'll find us putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, while prioritising our colleagues' health, safety and wellbeing.
Based across Sutton in Ashfield and the surrounding areas, you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in supporting multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards. As a mobile role, we will aim to allocate cover within your local area and surrounding locations wherever possible, although flexibility to travel across Nottinghamshire will be required.
