Qualifications

• Experience in patient or customer-facing role in health or social care
• Commitment to continuous learning and CPD
• Good general education level

Responsibilities

• Guide participants through screening appointments with accurate record-keeping
• Administer eye drops and check pupil dilation within required timeframes
• Capture high-quality digital retina images using specialised cameras
• Adhere to DESW protocols and SOPs
• Drive PHW Light Goods Vehicle to clinics across South Wales and elsewhere in Wales
