Job summary

Maintenance Technician role based in Telford, focused on mobile maintenance across retail stores. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and building assets, ensuring safety procedures and cost effectiveness.

The position is permanent, with a salary of £41,506.36 including on-call standby (1:4), a 42.5-hour week, travel time paid after 30 minutes each way, overtime paid at 1.5x Mon-Fri and 2x Sat-Sun, plus pension, private healthcare and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• C&G 2382 (18th edition) is required.
• Electrical Level 3 qualification (e.g. C&G2330, C&G2365) with relevant experience.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and building services.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary PPMs and log remedial tasks to meet contracts and legal requirements.
• Supervise Maintenance Assistant, coaching and guiding them per company processes.
• Prioritise maintenance and repairs to meet agreed timescales and SLAs.
