Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is recruiting an experienced Mobile Residential Window Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team across the Nottingham NG2 area. The role offers a fully funded electric vehicle, a charge card and a mobile phone.

You will travel to housing association locations to perform internal and external window cleaning, jet washing and general cleaning duties. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm, with an immediate start and DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile residential window cleaning.
• Familiar with reach-and-wash techniques and traditional tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures (COSHH) and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various housing locations within the region to perform internal and external window cleaning using reach-and-wash and traditional tools.
• Clean windows to a high standard and maintain tools and PPE.
• Arrange schedules to complete work on time and keep records of tasks and timesheets.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times and report any issues.
• Carry out pressure washing and deep cleaning as required and leave sites clean and tidy.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment records and report defects.

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Residential Window Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team to support one of the largest housing providers across the Nottingham NG2 area. This role comes with a fully financed company electric vehicle & charge card plus mobile phone.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services.With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve travelling to different housing association locations to perform both internal & external window cleaning duties. You will also be performing other cleaning duties such as jet washing, deep cleaning, bin areas, facias and guttering.

We are offering a full-time role of 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm. With an immediate start - Face-to-face interviews to be held Week commencing 17th August 2026.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• To travel to various building locations within your region to deliver high/low-level window cleaning services using a reach and wash system and traditional window cleaning tools
• Ensure windows are cleaned to a high standard
• Arrange a window cleaning schedule for completion on time
• To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniforms are always used during working hours
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Pressure washing and deep cleaning of the allocated buildings
• Ensuring that all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state.
• Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, timesheets, materials, vehicles and equipment.
• Reporting any damage or vandalism to Pinnacle Group premises or property to the Grounds Team Leader.
• Maintenance of vehicles and machinery, and reporting vehicle defects.

Key Skills will include:

• The ability to work independently and be able to demonstrate initiative
• Good knowledge of the use of the window cleaning kit and van
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures, including the knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH)
• Excellent customer liaison skills, together with a commitment to customer service.
• Confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory DBS check.
