Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is hiring a Mobile Cleaner in Brighton to travel between sites across East/West Sussex and into Hampshire, delivering high cleanliness standards in housing and community settings.

You will drive a company van, carry out cleaning duties—sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste management—and report repairs to the site manager. Hours are 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required for a minimum of one year.
• Experience providing cleaning services and using cleaning equipment.
• Physically capable of handling heavy cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company van to and from sites.
• Clean internal communal areas such as lifts, stairwells and kitchens.
• Sweep hard surfaces, mop, dust and manage waste.
• Report repairs and maintenance to the site manager.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Cleaning teams based in the Brighton area and travelling to sites across East/West Sussex and into Hampshire.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve traveling to different sites housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management.

You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

Hours will be 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:
