Qualifications

• Proven track record in general maintenance, basic plumbing, and carpentry.

• UK Driver’s License (no more than 6 points).

An exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider, looking after Commercial/Transport sectors, working across multiple sites in Central/Greater London.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be willing to travel across London.

Responsibilities

The Mobile Fabric Engineer will undertake building fabric and plumbing maintenance, including PPM servicing and reactive repairs. Responsibilities include maintenance of building fabric (door furniture, fire doors, ceiling and floor tiles), minor plumbing (sink checks, taps, toilets), as well as basic electrical work (emergency lighting, lamp/ballast changes) and HVAC services (AC filter changes).

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• A proven track record in general maintenance, basic plumbing, and carpentry
• Understanding of fabric trades
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• UK Driver’s License (no more than 6 points)
• Experience with handheld devices (PDA)
