Job summary

Ascent Onsite Group seeks a capable supervisor to lead mobile cleaning teams across the West Midlands. You will plan rotas, conduct quality audits and directly manage operatives to meet client standards.

You will work with the divisional FM manager, use the Ops app for scheduling, and support induction and training. The role offers Real Living Wage, a company vehicle or mileage allowance, and funded BICSc training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cleaning team in mobile or multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of BICSc or equivalent cleaning standards.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Confident using mobile app-based scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage mobile cleaning rotas across a portfolio of sites.
• Conduct quality audits against BICSc and client specifications.
• Coordinate with the Ops app for scheduling and sign-off.
• Induct new cleaning operatives and maintain training records.
• Report to the FM divisional manager and participate in contract reviews.
