Job summary

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to service and repair our fleet of access equipment. You will inspect machines at client sites and depots, perform maintenance to manufacturer specs, complete accurate service paperwork and support customers with technical questions.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, ability to prioritise tasks, and safety compliance as part of a national leading rental provider. Training and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

Experience in plant and diesel engineering.
Knowledge of auto electrics, hydraulics and fault finding.
Customer-facing skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of machines at client premises or depot.
Repair machines to meet manufacturer specifications and company policy.
Complete planned maintenance and paperwork (engineer's report, service sheets).
