Holding a current NPORS qualification or an equivalent certification is highly desirable; however, training may be provided under a training agreement for candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience or hold alternative recognised certifications.

You will also have:

  • Strong communication skills, including the effective use of radio communications.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to working as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and safe working practices.

  • 27 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays - increasing to 31 days after 5 years.
  • Death in Service cover - 4x Salary.
  • Free on-site car parking.
  • Company sick pay scheme - up to 26 weeks dependent on length of service.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Role-specific training.
