Job summary

Enva in Tilbury is seeking a Mobile Plant Operator to support inbound processing and outbound materials, load containers, and operate loading shovel and static equipment. You will perform daily start-up checks and assist with refuelling and general housekeeping.

The role requires Loading Shovel 360 or Telehandler licences, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to follow the daily production plan. On-site work with a supportive operations team, competitive pay, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Licence for Loading Shovel 360 or Telehandler is required.
• Ability to understand daily production plan.
• Carry out start-up checks and report defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on site.
• Wear and maintain PPE as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of the daily production plan, your duties and where you fit into operations.
• Complete daily start up checks on all machinery and report defects where necessary
• Ensure enough material is available to enable continuous production.
• Support the site operation by emptying tip bins, moving materials when requested and assisting with refuelling, cleaning, and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure you have and wear the required personal protective equipment and it is in good order to carry out your duties.
• To follow all site and company procedures, conduction your duties safely not endanger yourselves and others.
