Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter / Maintenance Engineer to service and repair a fleet of forklift trucks on site in Telford. The role requires hands-on mechanical capability, welding and fabrication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

You will perform routine maintenance, breakdown repairs and commissioning of plant equipment, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficient production support.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineer with mobile plant repairs, welding and fabrication.
• Mechanically biased engineer.
• Maintenance, repair and breakdown of forklift trucks or any other plant equipment.
• Excellent mechanical skills involving belts, bearings and chains.
• High attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe systems of work.

Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter / Maintenance Engineer

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: £44,950 plus Benefits

Shift: 4 on, 4off (Days & Nights)

Job Role of the Mobile Plant Fitter / Maintenance Engineer
