Job summary

Path Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Plant Engineer for a brand-new opportunity offering strong hourly rates, a company van, paid overtime, rail exposure and long-term stability across the Midlands.

You will attend site breakdowns, carry out service, maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and carry out LOLER/PUWER inspections while working door-to-door across Coventry, Birmingham, Nuneaton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plant Engineering or equivalent.
• At least three years' industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations.
• Rail industry experience preferred (Not essential).
• PTS qualification or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Attending site breakdowns carrying out service, maintenance and repairs of plant machinery and attachments.
• Carrying out LOLER and PUWER inspections.
• Paid to door to door covering the midlands, areas include Coventry, Birmingham, Nuneaton and surrounding areas.
• Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensuring all equipment worked on is left in a safe, compliant and ready to use state.
