PlantLink Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a growing construction plant team in Maidstone, Kent. You will service, maintain and repair excavators, dumpers and rollers, with a 40-hour week and regular overtime.

The role offers door-to-door pay and overtime, with earnings potential £65,000–£70,000 depending on hours worked. Pay range £21–£23 per hour base, overtime £33–£34.50 per hour.

Competenze

• Experience as Mobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
