Job summary

PlantLink Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Plant Fitter to cover multiple South East locations. The role offers a base salary of £50,000–£60,000, door-to-door pay, and overtime at 1.5x rate. A company vehicle is provided along with training and progression opportunities.

This is a permanent, on-site position with plenty of earning potential. Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment, diagnosing faults, and attending breakdowns, all while delivering high

Qualifications

• Experience as a Plant Fitter/Field Service Engineer or similar.
• Experience with construction/heavy plant, powered access or related equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair on-site equipment.
• Diagnose faults quickly and accurately.
• Attend breakdowns and perform repairs.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service while on-site.

Mobile Plant Fitter

Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime at 1.5x Rate

Location: Multiple positions in the South East

We are working with a range of employers including Main Dealers, Plant Hire Companies, Construction Contractors, Civil Engineering Businesses, Utilities Providers, Waste & Recycling Operators, Aggregate Companies and Powered Access Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair.
• Diagnose faults.
• Attend breakdowns.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Mobile Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer or similar.
• Experience working on construction plant, heavy plant, agricultural machinery, powered access, material handling equipment or HGVs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
