Job summary

PlantLink Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a growing business in the construction plant sector in Maidstone, Kent. You will service, maintain and repair a range of machinery including excavators, dumpers and rollers.

The role offers regular overtime with earnings advertised as £65,000 - £70,000 OTE, plus base pay of £21-£23 per hour and door-to-door pay. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Mobile Plant Fitter or Plant Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.
• Able to work independently and manage your workload.
• Reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair construction plant machinery.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs in the field.
• Work on a varied fleet, including excavators, dumpers and rollers.
• Maintain a high standard of work and follow health and safety procedures.
