Job summary

North Ayrshire Leisure Limited in Scotland is seeking a relief Health & Wellbeing facilitator to promote and deliver services across the Active Lifestyles Team, delivering health checks and lifestyle advice.

You will refer to partner agencies, provide exercise prescriptions, and maintain confidential records. Travel across North Ayrshire is required; hours are on as-and-when-required.

Interviews on 22 October 2026; PVG checks required and costs borne by candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualification in physical activity, health, wellbeing or fitness (HND or CIMSPA Level2).
• REPS Level 3 Qualification in Physical Activity on Referral or progression.
• Interviews on Thursday 22nd October 2026.

Responsibilities

• To proactively promote and deliver within the Health & Wellbeing Service and all related projects and events delivered by the Active Lifestyles Team
• Delivery of health checks and healthy lifestyle advice within local communities, referring to partner agencies where appropriate
• Delivery of consultations and safe and effective exercise prescription for participants referred into the Active North Ayrshire Physical Activity on Referral Programme
• Maintain databases and records within the Physical Activity programme ensuring compliance with confidentiality and access
