Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a security officer in Milton Keynes to safeguard people, property and information. You will perform mobile security tasks, patrols, and incidents handling while upholding the company’s safety standards and policies.

Key duties include vehicle checks, key control, dashcam usage, and daily collaboration with the team. Applicants should have a valid SIA licence, a UK driving licence, and strong English communication skills.

• Valid manual driving licence required.
• Security experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile security services including locks, unlocks, patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections and escort services.
• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Follow site assignment instructions and conduct dynamic risk assessments upon arrival at client sites.
• Follow proper escalation processes for incidents, break-ins, health and safety issues and road traffic accidents.
• Escalate incidents, risks, breakdown and RTAs to the team leader, reporting RTAs in line with company policy.
• Adhere to correct key management processes when handling keys.
• Secure company assets, including PDAs, and ensure dashcams are fully functional and used throughout the shift.

• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of each shift ensuring the security of the company vehicle and equipment
• Follow site assignment instructions and conduct dynamic risk assessments upon arrival at client sites
• Follow proper escalation processes for incidents, break-ins, health and safety issues and road traffic accidents
• Escalate incidents, risks, breakdown and RTAs to the team leader, reporting RTAs in line with company policy
• Adhere to correct key management processes when handling keys

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
