Securitas UK is hiring a Mobile Patrol Officer to protect people and property, with comprehensive training, flexible hours, and clear progression opportunities. You will join a diverse team committed to integrity and public safety.

Ideal candidates have a valid SIA licence and a UK manual driving licence, good English, and the right to work in the UK. Prior patrol experience helps, but training is provided.

Competenze

• Valid SIA licence required.
• Manual UK driving licence required.
• Strong communication in English.
• Right to work in the UK (5-year checkable history).
• Experience in mobile patrol preferred but not essential.

Mansioni

• Provides a variety of mobile security services including locks/unlocks, patrols (external and internal), alarm response, vacant property inspections, escort services, etc.
• Maintains professionalism and helpfulness to clients, client’s staff and Securitas colleagues at all times.
• Takes direction from Team Leaders.
• Always wears the company uniform and visually displays SIA license and security ID.
• Completes vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of shift.
• When driving the company vehicle, adheres to the Highway Code and drives with due care, not bringing the company name or brand into disrepute.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Provides a variety of mobile security services including but not limited to locks, unlocks, patrols both external and internal, alarm response, vacant property inspections, escort services etc.
• Remaining professional, polite and helpful to clients, client’s staff and Securitas colleagues at all times.
• Taking direction from the Team Leaders.
• Always wears the company uniform. Including visually always displaying SIA license and security ID card.
• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of shift.
• Whist driving the company vehicle abides by the rules of the road, (Highway code) and always drives with due care and attention, being courteous to other road users, and does not bring the company name or brand into disrepute.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Manual Driving Licence.
• Mobile patrol officer experience is preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit for patrolling of site.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
