Job summary

Velocity Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to deliver maintenance across commercial sites in North and East London. The role requires hands-on technical capability and a proactive approach to repairs and servicing.

You will diagnose faults, perform PPM and reactive work, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while providing excellent service to clients and colleagues. A full UK driving licence is essential to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical.
• 18th Edition qualified.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within commercial environments.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple client sites in North/East London.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency call outs and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Complete accurate job reports, documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.
