Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to cover North London and Essex on a permanent basis. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across around 30 sites, with a company van and fuel card provided. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, 18th Edition required, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

This is a mobile position across commercial properties, offering long-term career progression and development opportunities within a facilities management team.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition as a minimum.
• Strong Facilities Management / Building Services background.
• Experience working across commercial properties.
• Good electrical fault-finding skills.
• A flexible and professional approach.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple commercial sites.
• Complete reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance within your skill set.
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Diagnose faults and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Complete general building services and facilities maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and job sheets.
• Liaise with clients and site contacts.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Travel between sites across North London and Essex.
