Job summary

AMB Recruitment Group is seeking two skilled Multi-Trade Operatives to deliver maintenance and refurbishment works across the UK. This mobile role covers a variety of sites with travel and overnight stays, where accommodation, food allowance and travel expenses are fully covered.

You will perform general building fabric maintenance, joinery, fire door repairs, flooring and more, across multiple client sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-trade, maintenance or building fabric experience.
• Ability to undertake a variety of trades and repairs.
• DBS Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• General building fabric maintenance.
• Planned and reactive repairs.
• Joinery and carpentry works.
• Fire door repairs and adjustments.
• Flooring, ceilings and partitioning works.
• Basic plumbing and multi-trade repairs.
• Refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Working across multiple client sites throughout the UK.
