Job summary

Cardo Group in Langley is seeking a Mobile Multi-Trade Operative to respond to repairs across domestic properties and other sites. You will carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and use multi-trade skills to diagnose faults on first visit where possible, while working safely to SHE standards and meeting deadlines.

Out-of-hours rota may apply. The role requires flexibility, the ability to work alone or in a team, and a proven track record in a multi-trade environment, preferably

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Multi Trader role, ideally within social housing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete repairs as directed across domestic and other properties.
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs and void works.
• Utilise multi-trade skills and diagnose faults on first visit where possible.
• Ensure works are completed safely to SHE standards, efficiently and on time.
• Provide an out of hours service on a rota or other basis when required.
