Job summary

Mitie Group plc invites applications for a Multi Skilled Technician to join our mobile facilities support team. This field-based role covers the Midlands region on the Department for Transport contract, performing mechanical and electrical maintenance across client sites.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, execute Planned Preventative Maintenance, respond to requests, maintain documentation and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service to building

Qualifications

NVQ/City & Guilds in electrical, plumbing or mechanical with field maintenance experience.
Familiarity with SFG20 plans and safety requirements.
Proactive, team-oriented approach with ability to meet timescales.
Ability to write risk assessments and method statements, and record works.
Must hold a full UK driving licence and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform Planned Preventive and Reactive Maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Carry out plumbing tasks and general building fabric repairs.
Support mobile engineers and other trades within the team.
Manage priorities and provide job feedback to helpdesk and supervisor.
Maintain documentation, RAMS and ensure health, safety compliance.
