Job summary

Kier Group is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative to support MoJ Mobile South across sites in the South of England. You will perform planned maintenance, diagnose faults, install equipment, and ensure safety compliance in daily operations.

The role requires technical training (NVQ3 or equivalent) and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients, with a strong emphasis on safe working practices and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 or equivalent technical training.
• Experience in maintenance services.
• Collaborative and able to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Committed to safety and wellbeing in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine planned preventive maintenance and minor repair works.
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant equipment.
• Install new plant and equipment when required.
• Work safely following instructions and complete paperwork on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas.
