Job summary

Platform Property Care is seeking a Multi Skill Trades Plumber based in Birmingham to join our repairs and maintenance team. Plumbing will be the focus, but multi-trade experience is an advantage. The role is varied and customer‑facing, working in tenants' homes across Birmingham, Dudley, Lichfield and Coleshill.

Qualifications

• NVQ L2 Plumbing qualification required.
• Experience as a plumber in the building trade, multi-skilled preferred.
• Experience with social landlords, housing associations or councils.
• DBS check required and driving licence essential.
• Based in Birmingham/West Midlands area with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-skilled plumbing tasks in customers' homes.
• Work as part of repairs and maintenance team to maintain housing stock.
• Support out-of-hours rota when required.
