Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join the Salisbury team. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services, with opportunities to work on heavy industrial machinery and overhead cranes.

You should have a recognised apprenticeship, strong electrical/mechanical qualifications, and experience in fault finding on 3-phase motors and drives.

Qualifications

• Recognised or time-served apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Strong experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience fault finding on 3-phase motors, drives and inverters.
• Ability to supervise contractors and write risk/method statements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client through site equipment and update drawings.
• Perform Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
• Fault find on all machinery and support health and safety.
• Write and follow risk assessments and permits.
• Work on 3-phase systems up to 440V and with hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
