Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, including mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technological solutions to manage our teams efficiently.

We are looking for an Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team working on our mobile contract servicing commercial buildings throughout zones 1 and 2 of London.

All tools and materials are provided on site.

You’ll

• Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis.
• Carry out fault finding, plant adjustments, inspections, and maintenance tasks on electrical/mechanical systems as per contract specifications.
• Perform general duties requiring multi-skilled discipline, including re-lamping luminaires, fault finding in electrical wiring, motors, generators, lighting, chillers, AHUs, and cleaning of foul water systems, drains, and repairs of all M&E systems.
• Conduct reactive and extra work in adherence to engineering standards and legislation.
• Implement and comply with health and safety policies, statutory obligations, and injury-free environment standards.
• Ensure daily work sheets and maintenance records are completed and submitted timely.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota as required.
• Hold Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or equivalent, BMS experience, and multi-skilling capability.
• Possess IOSH Working Safely or similar qualification.
• Demonstrate experience in customer-facing roles.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
