Job description

We are seeking experienced Mobile Multi-skilled Engineers with an AC & Electrical bias to work with various Mitie clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining new and existing Air Conditioning systems, UPS, Generators, Electrical work, and general building services. You will perform Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, serve as the site lead on air conditioning, and conduct diagnostic checks and fault finding.

You should be able to effectively prioritize your workload and undertake general maintenance tasks to support the maintenance team. Candidates must participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota and complete all work-related documentation accurately and promptly.

Essential qualifications include knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, a proactive approach to work, and physical capability to perform the full duties outlined. The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, have a background with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration, 18th Edition, and C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations. Knowledge of Permit to Work procedures and safe working systems is also required.
