We provide comprehensive facilities management across various properties, supporting mechanical and electrical engineering, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance using advanced technological solutions.
The successful candidate will execute M&E services (Electrical LVAP, Plumbing, Pool Plant Maintenance, HVAC, BMS), Planned Preventative Maintenance, and Reactive Works to meet strict KPI standards. Ensuring compliance with statutory and mandatory maintenance requirements, maintaining accurate records and certificates, and working proactively with a 'Can do' attitude are essential. The role requires initiative, commitment to quality, and client satisfaction.
