We are seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer with a bias towards AC & Electrical work to serve our diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include maintaining Air Conditioning systems, UPS, Generators, Electrical installations, and general building services. You will perform Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, act as the site lead for air conditioning, and conduct diagnostic checks and fault finding.
You should be capable of prioritising your workload effectively. The role involves undertaking general maintenance tasks to support the wider maintenance team. Candidates must participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota and ensure all work-related documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, demonstrate a proactive and positive work attitude, and be physically capable of performing the full scope of duties outlined in the job description.
Requirements include a full UK driving licence, a background with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration, 18th Edition, and C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working is essential. We offer opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.
