CPM is seeking a Merchandiser for Newcastle Upon Tyne area, offering approximately 2-4 hours per week with potential to increase during busy periods. You must have your own car and be available Mon–Sun, with fixed visits on Tue, Thu and Sat.

The role pays £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay and starts after onboarding and training. Responsibilities include visiting stores, setting up POS materials, merchandising to planograms, ensuring stock on shelves, and seeking extra display space to

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Own car and ability to travel within 10 miles.
• Available Monday to Sunday; fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Able to lift/move stock occasionally.
• Confident talking to store staff and building relationships.

Responsabilités

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange/top up products on shelves and displays for visibility.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
