Job summary

Care In Mind is seeking a Floating Mental Health Support Worker to cover Leeds, Huddersfield and Liversedge in Yorkshire. The role combines hands-on care with administrative duties, including updating online care records and medication administration.

You'll need a full UK driving licence with access to a car, be flexible for shifts including weekends, and commit to training. The package includes £28,138.50 - £30,205.50 per annum, mileage payments, and a range of company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Good written skills and ability to write basic reports and record information accurately.
• Basic IT skills: complete forms, use online care system, write emails.
• Good verbal communication and ability to listen and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Update online care records and complete medication administration.
• Support young people to promote independence in education, household tasks and life skills.
• Maintain a tidy and homely environment in Care in Mind homes.
• Deliver care interventions across residential settings and college/leisure activities.
• Ensure continuity of care in line with Care in Mind policies and procedures.
• Provide support across the Care in Mind portfolio in Yorkshire with travel between hubs.
