Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our established FM engineering team. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance across client sites including Heathrow, Reading, and the surrounding M25 corridor.

The role offers variety and independence, with support from a wider engineering team. Key tasks include fault finding, maintaining HVAC and mechanical plant, completing service reports, and keeping safety and compliance high.

Qualifications

• Essential: City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualification.
• Experience in facilities management, building services or commercial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance, plus safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across client sites.
• Perform mechanical fault finding, repairs and general building-services maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC and related mechanical plant; work with pumps and ventilation systems.
• Respond to BMS alarms and carry out first-line fault diagnosis.
• Complete maintenance records, service reports and compliance documentation.
• Use simPRO to update jobs and record completed maintenance activities.
• Ensure plant rooms and engineering areas are safe and well-maintained.
