Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of corporate and commercial properties in the Surrey region.

The role covers HVAC, LTHW, chilled water systems, pumps, and related plant, with on‑the‑move responsibilities and on‑call expectations. The successful candidate will have a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, 3–5 years of experience in commercial

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in commercial building maintenance.
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Building Services.
Full UK driving licence required.
Strong understanding of HVAC, LTHW and chilled water systems.
Experience using CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contractual requirements and SFG20 standards.
Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical building services.
Maintain HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic water, chilled water and LTHW systems.
Carry out maintenance on pumps, valves, pipework, expansion vessels and related plant.
Undertake minor installation and project works as required.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in CBRE procedures.
