You will respond to client queries, keep clients informed during visits, and complete all related documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Maintenance/Facilities Management experience is required.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Permit to Work.
• Full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
• Qualifications such as C&G Level 2/3 or NVQ or HNC equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair ventilation, heating, cooling and water systems.
• Respond to client queries and report defects.
• Keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
• Complete inspection reports and related documentation accurately.
• Work safely in line with health and safety procedures, including working at height and in confined spaces.
