Qualifications

• Experience in commercial maintenance including ppm and reactive tasks.
• Proven track record in building upkeep and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on commercial buildings.
• Handle plumbing tasks such as taps, blockers, and pipe work.
• Assist with carpentry tasks like fixing cupboards and doors, hanging items, and locks.
